Shipping Policy

Order will be processed within 1-7 days. items on hand ship out immediately, if items are not available shipping may take up to 2 weeks. you will be notified for any delays on our end otherwise you may contact on contact tab.

Custom items will process and because they are not on hand, they may take longer. order accordingly.

We are not responsible for shipment delays due to weather, holidays or pandemics.

all address errors must be reported within 24 hours! please include po box #s, apt #s, and zipcodes.

Return & Exchange Policy

unfortunately due to the delicate nature of our products we are not accepting refunds. it is up to the customer to notify us of any damages to products within three days.
